Processing Times

We typically dispatch items in stock within 2 business days of receiving your orders. Some handcrafted items may take a little longer, usually 1-2 weeks depending on capacity, and we will notify you over email if our manufacturing schedule is further delayed. We take all orders seriously and strive to deliver products in its best form and quality. In most cases, delays will only be a few days, but some items could take longer. We are doing everything we can to get your orders shipped and returns processed as quickly as possible. We are grateful for your support, and we appreciate you bearing with us during this time.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sat-Sun) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Standard shipping takes approximately 5 business days to arrive.
